Parts & Service Charge Account

1. Parts and Service Work -purchases are due 30 days from the date of purchase Trailer Sales - purchases are due net receipt of invoice / delivery Trailer Sales - purchases are due net receipt of invoice / delivery

2 Past due balances over 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month

3. In the event of default in the terms of sale, the undersigned agrees to pay all additional sums reasonably incurred to collect past-due balances, including collection costs and reasonable attorney fees to be fixed by the trial court and, if appeal is taken, such further sums may be fixed by the appellate court.

4. We authorize Utility Trailer Sales of Oregon, LLC and/or Utility Trailer Sales of Central Oregon, LLC to make inquiries of any / all references listed or through any legally recognized avenue to secure up-to-date credit information concerning our company and / or individuals involved. We authorize Utility Trailer Sales of Oregon, LLC and/or Utility Trailer Sales of Central Oregon, LLC to report our credit experience with them to such other parties.

5. Upon review of company information, a personal guarantee may be required from principle/owner of company to establish account. Request will be made at discretion of credit department.

In consideration of Utility Trailer Sales of Oregon, LLC and/or Utility Trailer Sales of Central Oregon, LLC agreeing to provide to the applicant with goods and services, we the undersigned, do hereby agree with Utility Trailer Sales of Oregon, LLC and/or Utility Trailer Sales of Central Oregon, LLC that we will be benefited by extensions of credit to the applicant and we are and will be jointly and severally liable and responsible to Utility Trailer Sales of Oregon, LLC and/or Utility Trailer Sales of Central Oregon, LLC for all obligations, both present and future, including principal, interest and attorney fees, of the applicant to Utility Trailer Sales of Oregon, LLC and/or Utility Trailer Sales of Central Oregon, LLC.
